If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team for return instructions and the authorized return address.

Return Policy

  1. All items purchased from Sheenplace (except swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories) are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date.

  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, ensuring that all components are intact. If not, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees, and no refund will be issued.

  3. Only returns with an authorized return address provided by customer service will be accepted. We do not accept returns sent to any address that has not been approved.

  4. Sheenplace is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing items during return transit. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if needed.

  5. Double-check the items you are returning before shipping them out. We are not responsible for returns of non-Sheenplace products.

  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Conditions

  1. Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

  2. Items received in an incorrect size or color.

  3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.

Note: Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@sheenplace.com, detailing which items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Attach photographs for any quality issues.

  2. After receiving the return address and instructions from us, carefully package your items and ship them back using a traceable carrier.

  3. Send the tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our customer service team.

  4. Once we receive the return package, we will process your return or exchange promptly.

Fast Refund

Send the returned items in their original packaging with the product tags to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within one week after we receive the returned item.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied. We will not accept any order cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.
